At House of Villainess, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

14-Day Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary returns, including changes of mind and incorrect size selections. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Please wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending anything back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

How to Request a Return

You can request a return through your House of Villainess customer account or contact us through our website.

Do not send returns to the address printed on your original shipping label unless specifically instructed.
